I’m new to Sparkle and I’m in the process of migrating a website from an Adobe Muse website. The really only challenge I’m having is to figure out a intuitive way to replicate or redesign the content on the following page. Thanks in advance.

Drop open toggles what you have on the case study page is not possible in Sparkle. The reason is more to do with mobile UX.
But you do have a great solution in Sparkle by using the Popup element and following Duncan’s guided instructions here - Popups | Sparkle Documentation
