I have a Contact Page for people who want to join our club. After they submit their request I show a Thank You page. Is there a way to have this show for 5 seconds, then automatically switch to the Home Page?

‍When ‍the ‍countdown ‍expires, ‍it ‍will ‍perform ‍an ‍action, like: ‍go ‍to ‍a ‍website ‍page
You can hide the countdown if you like.
