Referring to the bug from earlier with the privacy and cookies, I found the same behavior, that text between “devices/breakpoints” is pushed to top left corner in the next smaller device quite unpredictable. Now that I know where to search for “disappeared” elements, I can deal with it, but …

In the other topic Duncan mentioned an older bug that has been fixed in the meantime.
Can i assume that you are running an older version of sparkle? V4.0.7 is the latest version and contains plenty of fixes.
I would update and check again. From the screenshots I can neither see which device it concerns, nor which version of sparkle it is.
A bit more information about the problem would be helpful.
