Can someone please explain what is meant by 'Last one pushes previous' in a fixed stick to top group?

I am unclear as to what exactly ‘Last one pushes previous’ means and how this is implemented in a fixed stick to page top group.

I have searched every which way in the help files and although they list this as a behaviour I can’t find an explanation of what this behaviour is or does or how it is implemented.

Forgive me if I am being dense and missing something obvious. :thinking:
