Hello! I’ve been trying to “publish” my website all day and am only getting an error message. The last time I updated it was 2 days ago and it was fine. Today I have tried restarting my computer, as well as sending it to my husband’s computer. We both get the same error message. Any suggestions?

Well first I get a FTP security warning, which I always get. There’s an option to hit connect anyway. Once I do that it looks like it starts loading. It gets half way through and then everything just shuts down. When I reopen it offers to send an error report to Sparkle. I sent it but its a whole page of code.

Have you sent a support request to Duncan and his team? Chances are if you send them the files they need to diagnose they might be able to detect the core issue, even if it’s not an issue with Sparkle.
Yes, Duncan was very helpful. Actually, the update fixed the problem. Thankful I’m back in business!!!
