Comment fixer des parties de la page web en laissant défiler d’autres parties
le titre de la page fixe et en premier plan
un coté a gauche de 1/4 de la page fixe comportant un menu fixe
le coté droit de la page 3/4 non fixe avec le contenu passant en dessous du titre
???
je n’y arrive pas
c’est pour un menu restaurant

you need to make a group from the elements at the top of the page, then set the group to have custom scrolling. This will make the group stick to the top of the page on scroll.
This works for both something that is already at the top of the screen and something that’s on the side and further down. They will stack like in that example if they’re both set to “stack” in the custom scrolling settings.
Here’s a very quick sample project for that. You’ll notice the side has a red spacing item, that’s there only to make the spacing work, and you can make it transparent to get the spacing effect.

Merci est il possible d’avoir la partie gauche déroulante mais indépendante de la partie droite car mon menu est plus long que l’affichage de l’écran et il manque quelques lignes , j’aurai voulu pouvoir descendre aussi le menu de gauche merci
The site you posted doesn’t do that, and the reason it’s not a great interaction.
A possible solution in Sparkle is to implement the left sidebar as a fixed position popup, which will then scroll. But again not great.
