FireBase database needs an API to connect to the website Sparkel.app using Javascript, and any one knows what Javascript commands Sparkle.app is using to make the connection.

Sparkle is designed to build static websites. It is possible in some cases to add some dynamic behavior, but it’s mainly be embedding entire self contained widgets, like say the ecwid.com or snipcart.com shopping carts. There is no direct connection to Firebase and I’m not aware of any pre-built widget that would do that.
