Do you mean @dpamping pinching open a mobile website in general allowing for everything to increase in size?
If that is the case no on the Sparkle front.
On the browser front you will need to use a bit of code in your Sparkle project. Something I have not done but maybe others here with code knowledge can chip in…

It would require code so I can’t help you there.
But why do you want to restrict a User from zooming into your mobile site?
The layout messes around a lot
Have you introduced to your project embedded code?
It seems strange that your page layout messes up. It should just increase in size in place.
Maybe it would be best to bring this up with @duncan at feedback@sparkleapp.com and explain the situation you are having including your project file.
