Downloading the v3.3, it causes misalignement

Hi Duncan,
I’ve been working on my ecommerce website (about 9 pages) and since I’ve
download the new version everything got misaligned or missing footers in some
pages. Even my navigation bar don’t respond well.

Can you look at it and see what’s going on?
