I would like to fix a layout block to the browser bottom and can not find it?
Am I missing something here (apart from coffee)?

Are you unable to find the layout block in Sparkle or in the preview?
If you can’t find it in the preview, click on the layout block (in Sparkle) and check in the right menu that the “Initially hidden” option is not checked.
Custom scrolling (on a box or layout block), then fix to browser bottom. That it?
