Could not find info in community so I figured I would ask. Is there a way to make the image gallery option full screen.

@vpresley, Welcome onboard! 
You certainly can. I have a few projects with the Image Gallery taking up the full width of the browser, unless you are meaning the full height of the browser which then I would have to say no.
If you want full width then click on the Image Gallery on the canvas and go to your right-hand panel and Arrange tab / tick Full page width.
