Gallery with Buttons

Hi All

Is it possible to have clickable buttons appear on a gallery picture? So if I have a hero gallery at the top of a homepage with 3 images, each image had one or two clickable buttons?

Don’t suppose anyone has come up with a creative way to achieve this? Or alternative solution? I guess I could just link the full image to a separate page
