How can I delete Google Tags on my site

I have a site with the same GTM-xxxxx Tag twice on the code. How can I delete one?
Can I do this using SPARKLE or should I used another tool?

If you use Sparkle’s tag manager integration, it places the code that is necessary.

If you added the tag manager code yourself, it’s probably in some embed box on the page, so you can use the layers panel to find embed boxes.
