Insert text, picture, box automatically

How can I insert something (image, text, box) into Sparkle so that the following content is automatically pushed down ?
For now, I always overwrite the existing content

I´m looking for something like in Excel - insert line

Layout blocks will let you do that.

but layout blocks are only available for sparkle pro.

At the moment i don´t have this version,
perhaps in the future ?

Actually layout blocks are in Sparkle One and Sparkle Pro, but v4. Maybe you have a v3 license.
