I know I asked this before, but I steered the discussion off into something else before I got an answer.
The default margins are set to 40 px, but I would like to set them to something else for desktop, and something different from that in smartphone.
As it is now I have to manually reset the margins every time I check “quote.” I’d like to not have to do that, if possible.

Instead of creating a new text box each time, you can copy/paste an existing text box. It will be copied with the margins you have set, and you will only need to change the text.
There is also a “Copy Style” function available by right-clicking on an element, which is useful for copying the text formatting, but it does not take into account the citation settings.
