For a better structure I would like to highlight the menu bar of the page where my visitor is currently on. The font of the menu item could be BOLD or in a different colour. Is this possible? If not, any idea for a workaround?

It would be great to have this in Sparkle but unfortunately it is not the case yet! 
The only way around it for now is to create your navigation manually and have the navigation text bold on the page. Also you won’t be able to have the navigation “Show On All Pages” to make the above suggestion work.
