Mobile friendly "device-width"

just had the google friendly test my site and say its not mobile friendly
Viewport not set to “device-width”…
Ive the device tab in sparkle saying fixed layout and it should adjust auto …to check
Ive dumped the code to a text file to see the view port setting …

should it say device width = 960 ? how else can I check the code for little adjustments ...apart from that It works great ! even my huge wav files play . thanks
