I can seem to get my mobile sites to works right.
I add a new menu or icon on the mobile, It changes it on desktop.
Is there a way to make 2 totally different sites and upload to the same folder?

In the “Arrange inspector” there is a setting:
• Show on this device

When you have an element that you want to show on your mobile website only, you have to uncheck that setting for that element on your desktop site. Then that element will be hidden on the desktop.
So for example: you have two different menus, one for desktop, one for mobile, you can do the following.
You add a new menu in the mobile layout, then you go to the desktop layout, select the new menu and then uncheck “Show on this device”.
You can do this with any element in Sparkle.
