Is it possible to create pop-up or floating windows in Sparkle? I’d like to create a pop-up window with navigation instructions for a website but I don’t want to move away from the landing page.

It’s not currently possible.
@Oshole, At this stage no but it is a feature that has been talked a lot about so I have a good feeling it will be coming soon.
Maybe for now introduce a box with your content in it. Group it allowing the grouping elements to appear in the top right of the Sparkle app. Select “Stick to page” which will allow for a few configurations. or “Fix to browser bottom” keeping the box visible at the bottom of the screen.

Maybe you can creatively use “animate on scroll”?
