Hello, I was to purchase Pro license but decided to try it with Basic first and upgrade later. But, price for upgrading to Pro license’s increased after I upgraded to Basic from Free. Isn’t it supposed to be lower, not even higher than without Basic?
Hi @serveth, the price difference between licenses is based on the non discounted Sparkle price. The Sparkle Basic/One/Pro prices on our website are currently discounted by 30%. Sorry about the confusion and discrepancy. It might be best to process a refund for the Basic license. Get in touch with Apple if you purchased from the AppStore, or send us an email if you purchased from our website.
Hi, yes I purchased from AppStore, prices I meant were in-app window and it was discounted already. I will take a look at that. Thanks
