Publish to Web Settings Lost?

Ever since I’ve used Sparkle it has remembered the settings to Publish to the Web. It may be coincidence but since updating to V4 the settings I’ve used in V3 seem to have been lost.

Is there a file on my iMac from which I can retrieve those settings?
