Response to enquiries from my sparkle site

When I receive an enquiry by email from my website I have to respond in a separate email, that is to say I cannot just reply to the email I have received from Sparkle. This means that my email could go to my potential customer’s junk as it’s not coming from an email address that would be recognised. Is there any way round this?
