Hopefully this is a quick fix. I highlight a Pop Up in the Layers Panel. In the Placement Panel the “Show on This Device” is checked but greyed out, and the Pop Up is not showing up in Preview. I have it on the top layer. Any ideas on why this might be happening or how to fix? It was working until I started working on the phone device layouts. Thanks.

Popups are “global” and can not be set per device.
As a result, the automatic opening of the popup is inappropriate, when you want to show it per device.
You should use a button or icon and open the popup with it. And then show or hide this button depending on the device.
