I’m trying to adjust/edit the date smartfield (date of post) in the blog index page.
It is blocked or locked. (See image)
How can I adjust it so it shows the date correct?
The field is not blocked. The red frame just gives you a warning, that it is too small.
Highlight it and drag it to the right size.

In the meantime I realized that the field on the index is copied from the blogpage itself, in this case from the summary. So I highlighted and expanded it on the summary and now everything is OK. Pretty straightforward after all.
