Hi, I have just run into a new issue where my contact forms, or maybe it’s the thank you pages, are 404ing. Here’s one contact form: contact

Any help problem solving this is greatly appreciated!

Hey @duncankrummel welcome onboard!

I just tested your form and it is doing everything correct, even the thank-you.php page.
Maybe the quickest solution is if you have FTP access is removed all uploaded files from the server, and then re-publish Sparkle back to the server…

Many thanks! I’m working on the removal part (the back end of JustHost, cpanel, is not the most user friendly for the uninitiated), but I can confirm that - while the pages may have loaded correctly for you - I did not receive any site mail. It was working for a couple of years before the most recent publish. I’ll keep working on the cpanel side and maybe reach out to JustHost for support there.
