Using sparkle to create layouts for emailing

Hello,
I am trying to use sparkle to create email layouts i could send with a bulk email sender. I was wondering if sparkle is email proof ? Sometimes, fonts appear, sometimes they are changed to another one. And sometimes, the layout is fine and sometimes, pictures slide and are placed in another position. Are there does and dont’s ? Or some kind of guideline ?

I’m afraid email HTML is too different, it won’t work in general.
