I am creating a video banner for my website, but I’m drawing a blank on how to get measurements for the video box. Can someone please help me with how to do this please?

If I’m reading your post correctly…
Once you have placed your video on the Sparkle canvas then on the right hand side under Arrange you will find the measurements which you can manually adjust.
