An excellent site, I may even borrow some of your ideas!
My personal opinion is that it is a very crowded site. So much going on, it’s overwhelming. When scrolling it gets worse. I would tone it down on the craziness. Remove the parallax when scrolling, it doesn’t serve a purpose and you loose focus on where the information that you need is.
But that’s my personal opinion. Do what you like.
