Ability to capture email to download a file?

I am wanting to give visitors to my website the ability to download an informational brochure. But in the process I would like to be able to have a means to ask for their email address.

Any ideas?

You could have the fill in a simple form with a required field. Once done the submit button leads to the tank you page with a download button.
