When I put an mp3 on my site I see only a part of the audio player. The button to quit the sound or playing the music softer or louder is invisible. Is that a bug?

Can you please post a screenshot of the audio player on your site so we can see what it looks like?
The PLAY button and the STOP button are combined in one button.
The audio player in Sparkle should look like this:
