Blog post title

Just wondering best way to put in each blog post title. Do I change the text of the default underlined “Blog Post” or do i create a new text field with heading tag ?

The default blog post contains a smart field that takes the page title, and is already styled as heading (H1). So you can change the blog page title and that goes in the page and index automatically.
