Can we display pages by file name instead of page name?

Is there any way to display the pages in the left margin by “page filename” instead of “page title”? Thanks.

Thanks, I appreciate it. My pages all have long titles (for the social cards), but that makes them hard to distinguish from each other. However they all have one-word file names. Much easier to find that way.
