I want to create a website for someone else. Can I export the file to a flash drive and give it to them. If they purchase Sparkle can they open it and treat it as if it was theirs (make changes, upload etc)?
Yes that ought to work fine. Be sure that they have a fairly recent Mac. Also, are they willing to spend time learning how to use Sparkle? The amount of time it may take them might be better used having you just make the updates every so often. It all depends on how flexible and comfortable they are with technology. Let’s face it…not everyone is.
Thanks for your input. It’s a very simple site so I don’t think the learning curve will be to great. Mainly updating text blocks.
