Issue with installation on MacBook Pro

I keep getting this error when I try to “Restore” my Professional License.

I have removed and installed from the app the application from the app store as requested a number of times without the problem being resolved. I am unable to restore my license on this machine.

I can only suggest logging out and back in from the AppStore, and then downloading Sparkle again.

Unfortunately Apple gives us exactly zero tools or information on AppStore purchases, so if the problem persists I’m afraid you’ll have to ask them.

I assure you Sparkle works fine for many many customers.
