I've forgotten how to refresh an image

I haven’t updated my site recently, and I’m forgetting all of the good stuff that I used to know about Sparkle.

I’ve updated a source image that I use in my headers. Now, I’m looking for the command to refresh how the page is going to look with the new image. (I’m not finding it in the menu or in the documentation.) Any advice?

@chuckbo, if I read your post right I think you are looking for the Life Preview (upper right hand side of the app under the second-last eye icon, to see what you have before you re-Publish your site.
