Would love to see if there is an accordion facility. Also, more sizes to pick from for mobile and iPad

When setting up a vertical “hamburger” menu for mobile device layouts, how can one position the hamburger icon in the upper right corner of the screen with aproximately 40 pixel margin from the top and right edge, and still have the revealed menu options background span the entire width of the device screen?
In my experience, the right edge of the hamburger icon controls the right edge position of the menu items.
Also, is it possible to have the following:
- An animated “hamburger” icon that transforms into an “X” upon tapping for closing the revealed menu?
- A solid color background, or a background image blur that fills the device screen when the “hamburger” icon is tapped?
