Is there a way to create a master page to carry through headings, menus, styles to all pages?

Elements that should appear on all pages can be set to “Show on all pages”
And you can use font styles:

I thought it must be possible but couldn’t see how (I have only been looking at Sparkle for a day or so and it looks good)
