Menu sticked to the sides

Do anybody know if there is possible / a trick to get the menu sticked to the sides not limited to the page with. Her is an example for what I try to achieve : https://norskekunsthandverkere.no.
I am working on this pages, I have used a pop-up with a menu. I want to have the feeling that the menu are sticked to the right side. Hjem
