Due to the changes in Sparkle’s file format, a file created with Sparkle 4.5 and earlier needs to be saved to a new location.
What location is the best to save the sites to?

Welcome to the Sparkle community Preston!! Sparkle just makes a new untitled file in the version 5 format which you can save to anywhere you like, you can give it a new name and save it in the same location.
