Is it possible to add numbers effect like most of the websites show when they want to show company stats, numbers, and clients, etc?

Thank you, I could use the required effect. Now I have a challenge here, I want to show 99.99% in this effect but I cannot add any special characters in the smart field numbering effect option. Any suggestions?
