This is helpful for a multiple page / multi-section site. In the Pages palette, go to View and turn off Show Thumbnails. That gets rid of the large page pictures and lets you move about the site much easier - with little or no scrolling. Just give your pages a descriptive title / name.

Thanks for the advice. While waiting for a better implementation from the Sparkle guys on pages management, this is one of the methods I use to keep track of all the pages on my site.
