I’m afraid not. It’s what the browser use to show the page.
In my opinion you can hide the source code!

The image contains the source code for the current thread. Using Safari, right-click > select ‘Show Page Source’.
What one can do is restrict access with password protection. However, upon login the code becomes necessarily available for the browser to display it, meaning the user can access it too.
This is a funny one!..
In the end the source code is the website. I mean there are coding tricks to curtail the viewing of it, but in the end what you put online is viewable by all - some more than others depending on the lengths you have gone about to try and hide the source code!
I think by now we all know that whatever we put online is there for anyone to see no matter if we like it or not! Just warn them of the consequences…
