@jimjumper , If you don’t have those other browsers onboard then Sparkle cannot Preview in them.
When it comes to Preview(ing) on your devices (iPad and iPhone) then just scan the QR Code with your camera that you see on the right side of “Preview Server Address” in the Preview drop-out panel.

With Safari you can simulate different (Apple) devices and check your layout. Choose → Menu → Developer → “Responsive Design”.
Or control+command+R on the keyboard.
