Reversing the direction of scroll

Do any of the many SparkleApp controls allow reversing the normal direction of scroll?

For instance: normal scroll is to drag DOWN the page. For a particular graphic (perhaps a popup) might the same downward scroll action result in the graphic scrolling UPward in its graphic box.

Maybe to include stretching the image.

Not the whole page.

You can use the “Animate while scrolling” feature anywhere that’s supported. Definitely possible for images. To reverse the scrolling direction you use the vertical motion setting with a negative speed value. To scale the image you use the scaling setting.

I got scaling to work. Reverse scrolling seemed not to.
