I have just re-published my site (with some up-dates) using 3.1. All is good except that the security banner on my privacy page, including the OK button, doesn’t appear at all so the only option is to opt out. ‘Visibility’ of the banner is set up to appear on my privacy page only, the control is ghosted out so can’t be changed but that’s ok. But why doesn’t it appear at all?
The cookie banner is designed to only show when the cookie is not set or is expired (after a year).
If you want something that is shown every time you need to use the popup.
Ok, thanks Malcolm. I’ve now viewed the site as a new visitor would and can see that all is fine.
