When you have lots of scroll locations you have to change from time to time (e.g. when inserting a new line somewhere) it would be nice to be able to activate the scroll locations in the layers panel and move them together (like you can do with pictures).
(Of course I don’t know if it’s possible at all, but one can hope and wish for …)

To add to this, it would be helpful sometimes to be able to push or pull all content - even with its scroll anchors - up or down, in order to add or change content below or above always existing content.
