Sparkle Pro Subscription Renewal through Paddle (solved)


I received an email to renew my Sparkle Pro subscription but need to update some information. Disappointedly, the link provided in the email from Paddle failed. The chatbot was unhelpful.

Anyone else having this problem? How was it resolved?


You can open the Your License window in Sparkle, there’s a manage button there. Otherwise email us and we’ll take a look.
