Hi Folks … I have seem on several websites where there is a photo in the background that remains static. Other photos and text are on top of it with some parts showing and some not. When the User scrolls the top layer items appear to move over the static photo. For some reason I am just not getting how to do this in Sparkle (although I feel sure it can). Any help is appreciated!
