I create a subdomain and upload my almost finished website on it and share the subdomain link with the client.
We cannot teach you how to do that on your webserver but your webhoster support is happy to help you out on this.
To upload to this subdomain just upload it via sparke READ HERE

When I’m ready to publish a test site, I usually setup xxxxx.com/test in Sparkle’s publish setup and deny access of indexing under Search Engine Control to hide the test site from search engine indexing until I upload my final site. I hope it helps.
