Transferring a Sparkle Data base for a web site

I’ve built a Sparkle web site for a bar and maintained it for years but I’m giving it up and would like to transfer the web site to a new person. I’d like to be certain I give the new person the whole site and any preference files he may need.

Theres no database, you can just hand over the .sparkle file of the project and the person will be able to use it if they have Sparkle.
